Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

*All artworks will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail*

Shipping fee is calculated by weight & location, an you will be notified when your order has been shipped via email

Prints are made to order, please allow additional time on top of shipping for manufacturing purposes

Shipping times do not include weekends.

  

LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS

Please note we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced in transit by carrier

No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit

Please contact the carrier for following assistance.

 

RETURNS

If the artwork is bent or damaged due to carrier, please contact me right away (and send along photos as proofs). I will work with you to correct the flaw and if a refund is issued, the artwork is to be returned within 7 days of arrival.

 

REQUESTS

For any other special request such as custom sizing and printing material e.g. canvas prints, please contact me via email (wholenss@outlook.com) and I will work with you to achieve your request.
